Photos taken during the prepartion and aftermath of dinner with Richard, Chris, Ronnie and I on 14th April 06
I tried to do something a bit special - and I prepared :-
- A wheat free chocolate cake - consisting of just butter, chocolate, sugar, and eggs. That worked quite well and was lovely and moist and more to the point I have one little piece left!
- Sort of stir fried courgette with a hint of garlic and Chilli
- Allegedly Turkish style Chicken fricasse - served with new potatoes and the courgette. The chicken was basically a casserole with an orange flavour - quite reminiscent of Duck le`orange. It was OK
- Chris also brought a cheesecake which was also rapidly consumed along with some beers which were or soon will be consumed!
