Not paragliding at Bishop on 6th June 06
The following pictures are linked to ones at 50% of original size and are of Cliff Smith and Allan ? when we walked up the hill on the 6th June 06. At the bottom it seemed OK but when at the top it peaked at 36mph
Captions are welcomed for the folowing picture of Allan and Cliff on the top of a Hill near Scotlandwell !
Here are my attempts : -
"Will this wind be so mighty as to lay low the paragliding pilots of Scotland and The Earth ?"
"Yes !!"
Allan, Cliff and Bob went up the hill to try and fly together
When they were up they were up
When they were down they were down
But when they were all the way down they had neither flown up nor down !
And the number of the beast was found to be 06/06/06
And it became very clear that the beast was releasing a lot of rapidly moving hot air
